Mr. Johnson Epe Onum Aguh, ACA, ACISA
Mr. Johnson Aguh is an experienced banker. He has over a decade banking experience in the banking industry. He rose to become the Head, Operations and technology group and retired as an Assistant General Manager (AGM) at the Universal Trust Bank PLC in 2003. He became the Chief Financial Officer, Afrijet Airlines Limited, Lagos. He is currently the Managing Partner at Johnson Aguh & Co., a firm of Charterd Accountants.
He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) with a wealth of auditing experience. Mr. Aguh is bringing to the board of Meridian Microfinance Bank Limited this wealth of experience. He is married with children.
Mrs. Olufunke Racine Owonubi

Olufunke Racine Owonubi (Mrs), BSC, MSC
Mrs Olufunke Owonubi has a working background both in the public and private sectors of Nigeria. She has a background in commercial and mortgage banking. She is a Logistics specialist with a depth of experience at management level in the maritime sector with over a decade experience in the sector. She has previously served as Senior Manager (Clearing and off dock Terminal Admin) and P.A to the Alfreight Consultant, Cross Marine Services , Commercial/Export Manager, Inland Containers (Nig.) Limited, and currently a Manager (Admin), Kirikiri Lighter Terminal/Joint Venture, SDV Nigeria Limited.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance.
Mr Patrick Ukasoanya

Mr. Patrick Ukasoanya has a Post graduate Diploma in Computer Science from the Racal College – HeckField Place England, Diploma in Aeronautical, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Nigerian College of Aviation Technology Zaria, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi Mr Patrick Ukasoanya has vast experience in information technology spanning over fifteen years both in banking, communication and information technology.
He has implemented several information technology projects for great organisations such as Chevron, Savannah Bank Nigeria PIC, Nigerian Air Space Management Agency (NAMA) .His experience in project management include several project among which are, Installation and Maintenance of Navigational/Communications Equipment, Deployment of VSATs for Corporate Networks and Internet access. Management of PINGTEL Hot Spots in Lagos. Training of VSAT installers, Wireless Network engineers and software. Consulting for WISP set up.
He is bringing to Meridian Microfinance Bank his wealth of experience.

Barr. Onwumere graduated from Imo State University where he bagged a degree in Law- LLB (HONS) and attended the Law school. He has been in private practice for over two decades and he serves as a company Secretary and Legal Adviser to the bank.
